Michael’s passion is achieving results through relationship driven Leadership. With a clinical background in mental health and wellness Michael has been coaching business leaders, energizing teams/business units, and providing the “how” to increase employee engagement for 30 years.
Michael’s business focus includes developing people leaders, increasing employee engagement, coaching, increasing team communication, teamwork and trust. Michael’s head – heart approach is effective in developing the person, as well as the leader.
Michael is an expert facilitator and has facilitated over 6000 training and personal development programs throughout Canada, the US and Mexico. With a strong track record of business partnership and effective needs driven service, every client has rehired Michael to provide expanded work throughout their organization.

Sandy Lee
Facilitator and Leadership Coach
Sandy is an experienced Senior Organizational Effectiveness consultant and seasoned HR professional with 20+ years-experience developing more effective leaders and high-performance teams. She has worked with teams across a variety of industries, including not-for-profit (arts & culture, healthcare), manufacturing, and financial services.
With a passion for people, Sandy uses coaching and facilitation to support organizations in their pursuit of creating an employee engagement culture and achieving business results.
Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Delaware, is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a giant fan of film, musicals and reading. A dual citizen, Sandy hails from Connecticut but calls Toronto home.
Dave Boutilier
Certified Health and Safety Auditor
David is a Certified Safety Officer and has worked in the Nuclear Energy, Oil and Gas and manufacturing sectors for over 15 years to improve safety and achieve better health and safety standards. He is a nationally recognised Safety Management, COR and ISO 45001 safety auditor and is a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers.
David has worked with over 500 businesses to improve employee safety and create a safety culture. He works closely with clients to ensure their business is in compliance with safety standards and legislation. With his extensive experience in safety audits and inspections, David enables businesses to effectively prepare for safety audits and inspections and improve safety standards and practices.
David has helped over 200 companies become CORE/COR certified, a nationally recognised designation which enables businesses to improve their health and safety management systems.
David’s interests include hiking, fitness and coaching Football. He was inducted into the Alberta sports Hall of Fame as a member of the University of Calgary Football Team (1984-1988).
